Where did you train? I studied my Bachelor of Nursing at a large private hospital in Sydney and worked there for almost 8 years before working in Brisbane for the last couple of years.

Your hospital specialty: Scrub nurse; I specialised in Opthalmology, Occulo-plastics and Bariatrics.

The highlights of Scrub Nursing: Anatomy - I fell in love with learning about human anatomy and working with the face during surgeries like face lifts, blepheroplasties, rhinoplasties and even about the effects of weight loss on the face from bariatric surgeries.

What led you into Aesthetic Medicine? Coming from a family of accomplished artists, my strong desire to create alongside my passion for surgical procedures, anatomy and aesthetics, I was naturally drawn into Cosmetic Nursing.

Why do you think your clients feel such a connection with you? Injecting is my love language. I just want to show my patients the beauty that is already within, which sometimes a tiny perceived flaw is blocking them from seeing. I put my soul into my work because if a patient’s self view shifts, their confidence can really flow onto their personal lives and even help them to become more successful. I keep in contact with my clients from Sydney and Brisbane because I love to see them flourishing.

What has been your main career focus? Developing my signature techniques. Researching, observing and trialing different methods and products to achieve the best possible aesthetic outcomes while maintaining utmost safety for my patients has resulted in the development of two signature lip techniques and two full-face techniques.
